Last night, I went at Xaymaca for the birthday celebration of my High School friend Bellie. She said that her officemate is going to perform that night. Her officemate, Jay, belongs to the band Reggae Mistress of which he is the keyboardist and he does some vocals at times. It has been a long time since I watched a reggae act. Reggae Mistress is composed of a keyboardist, two guitarists, a drummer, a percussionist, and four female singers. Wow! That’s indeed a big group huh?
If you want to catch Reggae Mistress, they play every Wednesday at Xaymaca and every Sunday at Cafe Havana at Greenbelt3.
