All you need to do is to write an essay why you are the biggest fan of the Eraserheads (in a minimum of 800 words). 
The top three essays will be judged by Raymund Marasigan. The guitar to be won is a Fender Thinline Telecaster guitar (wooden finish) and a Fender Frontman Amp. Know more about the contest details at Pulse.ph. I already know someone who could possibly win in this contest.
