Maybe some of you didn’t know that Stella McCartney is Paul McCartney’s daughter (yes, one of the Beatles). Unlike her parents, she ended up being a fashion designer where she successfully made a name for herself. Just last night, at the Adidas Rockwell store, Stella McCartney’s Adidas Spring/Summer 2009 collection was launched.

The collection is targeted for the modern women, the one who looks for something stylish but also with good functionality.

Anyway, I was able to look around and check some of the products included in the collection and my favorite is this rubber shoes:

There were five models that ramped inside the store earlier showing five different personalities. You can check out the other photos of the models here.

In the event, Adidas also introduced their newest celebrity endorser. It was a surprise and I really did not have an idea regarding who will be the new endorser of Adidas. But it was obvious that the endorser will be a female celebrity.

Iza Calzado is the newest celebrity endorser of Adidas. Iza Calzado is amongst FHM’s 100 top sexiest women and portrayed as the leading lady of Ken Zhu in the film “Batanes: Sa Dulo ng Walang Hanggan”.
