CAFEO 25

CAFEO 25 is the official website of the 25th Conference of ASEAN Federation of Engineering Organizations. The objective of the website is to disseminate information on the upcoming conference to be held in Waterfront Cebu City. The website uses Wordpress as a CMS tool. Other tools used in the creation of the website are Adobe Photoshop (for graphics), HTML and CSS (for the design and the layout of the website), Macromedia Flash (for optimization of the video file), Flowplayer (an open source flash video player) and WP Lightbox plugin.

Muzac Toolbox
Status: Online

Muzac Toolbox is the website of Lionell Brian Jenious aka LBJ. He is a guitarist, song writer, music producer and a sound engineer as well. Wordpress was integrared for content management for easy maintenance of the site. Tools used in designing this site are HTML, CSS, Adobe Photoshop (for graphic manipulation), Macromedia Flash (for the banner) and some PHP tweaks in Wordpress.

MyPhilProperties.com
Status: Online

MyPhilProperties.com is a site where you can search for real estate properties for sale that are located in Metro Manila, Laguna, Cavite, Bulacan, Pampanga, etc. You can view the detailed listing and even inquire about it. Tools used in developing the site are HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, MySQL, Adobe Photoshop (for graphic manipulations) and Google Sketchup for additional artwork.

Metro Basketball Tournament
Status: Online

Metro Basketball Tournament is a sports association that aims to promote health and fitness, and sports development through organizing friendly and competitive basketball tournaments. Tools used in developing the site are HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and Adobe Photoshop (for graphic manipulations). PixelPost was integrated for the content management of the photo gallery. Tweaking some of the PixelPost addons were done to achieve the desired customization. Made to work with Microsoft Internet Explorer and Mozilla FireFox. The site is hosted at PlogHost, which is an affordable Filipino web hosting service.

Resource Center for Health Careers
Status: Offline

Resource Center for Health Careers is a company by nurses for nurses. They prepare the nurses for the NCLEX test (required in order to practice Nursing in USA). Tools used in developing the site are HTML, CSS, and Adobe Photoshop (for graphic manipulations). Wordpress was integrated for the content management of the updates. Made to work with Microsoft Internet Explorer and Mozilla FireFox. PHP programming was used for the forms in the site.

Proposed Paramita Website
This is the proposed layout for the Paramita website that I made ages ago. You’d notice that there are some slight modifications on its layout and design if you’ll look at the site. You might wonder why I did not propose to use Flash for the website since it is already in our own understanding that band sites are supposed to be cool (or ‘astig’ in the vernacular). However, bandwidth-friendly sites are supposed to be cool too since it would be beneficial both to the viewer of the site and the site owner as well (read: more bandwidth means more cost). As we all know, content is still king. I used HTML, Adobe Photoshop and CSS as my tools of the trade.

Redor, Emerson and Company

Redor, Emerson & Co. is a small Philippine-based auditing and management consulting firm that usually caters to the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises, cooperatives, and NGO’s. Tools used in developing the site are HTML, CSS, and Adobe Photoshop (for graphic manipulations). Made to work with Microsoft Internet Explorer and Mozilla FireFox. The site is hosted at Marvin’s Web, a Filipino-owned web-hosting service.

Flash Menu Navigation for Vivere Suites with simple animation. Actionscript used for navigation control.

BRANDING AND IDENTITY

Proposed MBT Logo

This is my proposed logo for MBT. So why such design? I used a simple font where it would give you the impression that MBT is not a so-so league. The orange outline surrounding MBT was added in order to provide contrast. The basketball with the a flame behind it suggests that the basketball games are full of action.

J&J Philippines e-University Banner


This was designed for Johnson & Johnson Philippines e-University banner which is only accessible to J&J employees. This is a mixture of the three banners that I have proposed.
