A few days ago, I received a 2009 planner from Free Speech Publications. It is a hard-bound planner like my 2008 planner from Seattle’s Best Coffee. This one though is about a half-inch thick. What’s interesting about this planner is the unusual holidays listed like International Pancake Day and World Literary Day. Continue Reading
Pantene hosted a bloggers’ night last Friday at Taste Asia. They introduced there the Pantene 3 Minute Miracle Treatment. If I were to be ask a question on ‘what I can do in 3 minutes’ after the event, I’d probably say, “Take photos of the host in her unglamorous self like the one in the photo above”. It was not intentional to take photos like that but I was amazed on why I was able to catch those on my camera. Continue Reading
What do you think if you’ll see artworks from ten promising Filipino artists along major thoroughfares? Artists that will be featured are: Popo San Pascual, Riel Hilario, Eddie Boy Escudero, Jose Terence Ruiz, Mario V. Fernandez, Gari Buenavista, MM Yu, Christina Quisumbing Ramilo, Lotsu Manes, and Tina Fernandez. I’ve seen the artworks that will be displayed and I must say that traveling along the major thoroughfares such as EDSA will be a different experience. Continue Reading

In Sir Robin’s first post, (around August 2008), he mentioned that they’ve began recording already and that no recording company has yet picked up the material. Continue Reading
I’d like to commend White Hat for donating some of their profit to some charitable institutions. In their first activity, they had Miguel Escueta as a guest server where they donated 50 percent of their income for the whole day to I AM STRONG, an NGO that helps the youth to become responsible adults. In their most recent activity, they gave some of their proceeds to PAWS. This is a monthly activity that they’ve been doing and it feels good to be a part of it. Continue Reading
Thanks to Coy for being able to record this video since I was not able to watch it. Anyway, some of the photos that I took in the Philippine Blog Awards 2008 were shown on TV. Shown after the jump are some of the photos that appeared on ANC. Continue Reading
Taken by Cars released another single from their debut album “Endings of a New Kind”. You can check out their song at NU107. In addition to that, they’ll be launching their new music video directed by Quark Henares on the 24th of October at Mag:net Bonifacio High Street. I’m expecting the music video to be dark and surreal.
