Lately, I’ve been hearing this song daily without even trying to hear it. It just so happened that it was being played in the radio and I do not even own a copy of their album and do not even have an MP3 of it here in my computer. And the line “Umuwi ka na baby” plays in my head continuously such that the particular part of the song is the only one in loop mode after hearing it.
Hanggang Kailan is a sad love song. It has the objective of making you cry. And the line Umuwi ka na baby does not actually mean “Go home freak, I’ve been waiting for you all night”. Instead, it’s a metaphor that says “Let’s get back together.” It’s about being paranoid and being shot in Luneta (as what have most people said, “Binabaril na ang mga martyr sa Luneta”) at the same time. It’s also about being patient and impatient which is a complete oxymoron like the lines “Labis na naiinip” and “Umuwi ka na baby” have put it.

well… unang buy q plng ng cd ng ONL nilagay q agad sa CD-ROM q.. tapos convert q sia into mp3 format.. then.. i’ll notice somting that y is it the track “tomorrow” has a big bytes.. i wonder.. kaya pina2gtog q sa software.. then.. i try to fast forward it using a cursor.. then i hear a clock setting it to alarm.. then a following it a “kampana” tune.. then.. a backmask of hanggang kailan.. when i heard it.. prang salitang di q malaman kung ano… ahihih

@ tristan.. i had a complete album of ONL “Love In The Land of Rubber Shoes and Dirty Ice Cream” and “Strike Whilst The Iron Is Hot”… i already have an original copy of their second album which is called Strike Whilst The Iron Is Hot.. but.. the first album i had was only an mp3 format that compose of 10 cuts only.. i do not have an original copy of their 1st album.. but i would recommend that if u really in the band.. then u should support them by buying their original album.. that’s a good way of supporting our idols.. u can download “Pinoy Ako” of ONL at imesh. Try searching word “imesh” and have it install to ur pc or rental pc.. Imesh is a P2P(peer to peer) connection that let the user and a server exchange of their files.. once u install it.. type the keywords “pinoy ako” or “orangeandlemons” then a lot of files will appear to ur screen related to ur search keyword.. :p dali lng d b?
