I’ve heard this news a few days ago that Deftones will be having a concert here in Manila on February 12, 2011. I’m glad that Splintr.com will bring them here. So far, there are no ticket details yet but it will be definitely be held at the World Trade Center. Check out the tour page here.

It has been a long time since I went to an NU107 Rock Awards night. The last time I went to one was five years ago which was dubbed as NU107 Rock Awards 2004: Unsilent Night. This was my third time to go to NU107’s Rock Awards Night. By the way, thanks to Sha’s officemate for giving us the tickets. (more…)

No tickets will be sold in this year’s NU107 Rock Awards. However, they will give two winners a pair of tickets each everyday which started just last week (October 12). The said contest will run until October 27. Thus, there will be only a total of 64 tickets to be given away. There will be some who will get invited though. (more…)

This just in! Greenwich’s PR posted in Twitter that the Eraserheads box set will be available on September 6 and it will be exclusively sold in Greenwich!

According to harold_geronimo, the box set will be most certainly available in the following Greenwich branches: SM Megamall, Robinsons Galleria, SM North EDSA and SM Mall of Asia.

According to Harold, “As far as I know, when u buy six pizza boxes on sept 6, ul get it for free. Succeeding days, it will be sold at P2000++”. Time to buy 6 pizza boxes on the 6th!

In my recent visit to Power Mac GB3, I found out that Urbandub will perform live in some stores of Apple resellers. It’s interesting to see how they will perform live using an iPod Touch because I’m used to seeing Lalay and John jumping on the stage with their respective bass guitar and electric guitar. Pupil Performing Pusakal at Obsidian Bar and Grill

The other night, we were able to watch Pupil again. We’re excited because we haven’t watched them perform live for a long time. We were able to catch live performances of some of their songs that are included in their upcoming album. Since they mentioned in their website that they’re hoping that it will be released between July to September 2010, I guess it will probably be launched in September 2010.
