The “Ber” months would signify the high influx of people going into the malls doing their annual Christmas shopping. Shops like this one in Goldcrest, Makati have provided their Anti-Shoplifting signs where it says, “Nobody maybe watching but God is Watching You!” This anti-shoplifting sign might work well if the supposed to be shoplifter transforms into a God-fearing and law-abiding citizen even in the midst of the opportunity where the shopkeeper is busy negotiating with other customers as well. The subtle way of saying to do not shoplift is by providing mirrors found in most 24×7 convenient stores. Hehehe!
Anti-Shoplifting Sign

Cool sign. I think every shop should have it. Like a nagging *I can see you* thought.
yes dre hahaha
next time I’ll find an interesting No Trespassing sign
That’s a cool sign indeed. I think I passed this stall last weekend too…
hi peter,
are you referring to the store in Goldcrest that sells watches around 100 bucks and up?
On the side mall near Center Mall (Baguio), there’s a shop wherein anyone could easily steal the grocery items because there’s nobody watching, that is, if the shoplifter is dumb and didn’t look at the surveilance camera near the counter.
I think I’d agree with you about the mirrors. They are certainly better than “no shoplifting” warnings.
ok yan ah..
