The part 2 of the Gary V. tribute gig was held also at mag:net Bonifacio High Street just like the first part which was held last August. The gig was also organized to promote the upcoming concert of Gary Valenciano on November 14 and 15 at Araneta Coliseum. All of the bands covered one song of Gary Valenciano. (more…)

A few days ago, I received a 2009 planner from Free Speech Publications. It is a hard-bound planner like my 2008 planner from Seattle’s Best Coffee. This one though is about a half-inch thick. What’s interesting about this planner is the unusual holidays listed like International Pancake Day and World Literary Day. (more…)

The Host with the Volunteer for the 3-minute test

Pantene hosted a bloggers’ night last Friday at Taste Asia. They introduced there the Pantene 3 Minute Miracle Treatment. If I were to be ask a question on ‘what I can do in 3 minutes’ after the event, I’d probably say, “Take photos of the host in her unglamorous self like the one in the photo above”. It was not intentional to take photos like that but I was amazed on why I was able to catch those on my camera. (more…)
