The USB Fan is cool. It can twist and therefore entertain you. The fan blades are not the type that could injure you. Thus, it’s safe even when there’s children around. And of course, it is USB powered (duh!). At a time like this, who would be needing a USB fan? It’s freakin’ cold! I could have used it in the office. However, with a room temperature of 21 degrees (Celsius) temperature inside, the USB fan would make my hands a lot more numb which may cause me to be unproductive. (more…)
I was searching for mobile hard disks in eBay. One particular listing got my attention. It has a subject heading 80GB MP3 Hard Drive for Business. The item has a starting bid of 12,000 Pesos and is being sold for 13,000 Pesos. I read the description of the item and the seller claims that it is loaded with 15,200 songs. Aside from the mp3s, other goodies are also included (tutorials and other stuff). However this listing promotes piracy and we all know that this is against the user rights agreement of eBay.
“Potentially Infringing” means that items may be in violation of certain copyrights, trademarks or other rights. For your protection, some items here are not allowed (”prohibited”), regardless of the legality of these particular items, because they almost always violate copyright or trademark laws.

Everyone in the blog parteeh was amazed by Marcelle’s magic. Aside from doing magic tricks he’s also a DJ at Wave 89.1. You can catch him on Insomniacs with Kel and Gia from Tuesdays to Fridays (2am to 6pm).
After watching his magic tricks, I suddenly remember that I actually attempted to do a magic trick. And it was certainly a lousy attempt. I was watching a lot of David Blaine and then I searched for his tricks in the Internet and I was not successful. Hehe.

I saw this sign inside one of the restrooms in one of the branches of a big fastfood chain. The sign is a step-by-step visual guide. Each picture has a short caption that is direct to the point making it a suitable guide for the rest of us.

Nah! It’s not just a teeny weeny fly. It is a big fly. In the vernacular, it is called as a bangaw. The sight of them makes me want to say eew in my mind. They’re dirty. They have a close encounter with the feces and some rubbish too. Certainly, you do not want to see such creatures on your food. Apparently, my officemate just had this experience after buying her lunch in one of the Jollijeeps along Rada St. After opening the styrofor, she discovered one large fly in it. (more…)
Last Friday night, I had a photo shoot with Dad and yes, he was my model. The photo was used for the ACPAPP Supplementary which was available with Philippine Daily Inquirer dated January 23, 2007. During the photo shoot, we even argued about the whole body photograph which he insisted and the half body photograph that I suggested. The whole body photograph that I took was later on cropped. Hehe.
It seems that Dad’s getting another dose of exposure in PDI after his article being published there in 2003 and after being interviewed on his comment on the Toll Price Hike.
